It's 2012. I'm going to take advantage of my iPhone and document the next year of my life in photos. It's leap year, so we get an extra day on Feb. 29th (Disneyland anyone?). This year is about growth, responsibility, and ME. I hope you enjoy my journey around the Bay Area, one photo at a time. |

Day 186. Happy 4th of July!!! Baby girls Anja and Kassie meet for the first time!!! Anja is about 3 weeks younger than her Ate Kassie, who is almost 4 months! Time flies! I love them

Day 184. So I tell myself that I need to save money and here I go shopping. The Nike Clearance store in San Leandro is heaven, if you catch them on a good day. 3 running jackets for $70?!? Seriously, that’s the price of 1! The first one on the left is for my cousin’s gf because she was always eyeing it at the Nike Running store, but retails for $100! When I saw it in her size I got hella excited and sent her a pic right away. The Nike Running store is ridiculous, don’t ever buy clothes there, shoes, why not, but you can find their clothes at the outlets or at this wonderful place! The other 2 jackets will be for me, when it’s cold and rainy again. Plus, doing 10k in SF in September and my Tinker Bell half marathon will be at 5am! I will put good use to these jackets. I love good finds! It’s hard to pass up when the blue one on the right is the last one and it’s your size -_-

Day 183. HALF WAY THROUGH THE YEAR!
While Manang is still with us, we continue to show her around California and all the eats we have here that they don’t have in the Philippines. Black Bear Diner, classic American food. This is what she had. My brother is the King of bacon cheeseburgers so she took his advice. -
